Terms of Services for KUHN Gmbh KIWI-LIMO
- All driving orders are accepted and executed by us on the basis of the following conditions. By granting a driving order, these are fully recognized by the customer.
- Advance payment before driving in cash / advance payment / credit card / PayPal. If no payment is made without written cancellation of the customer, the amount stated will be claimed by KUHN GMBH Wohlen LIMOUSINENSERVICE.
- The revocation of a driving order can be made at any time, at the latest 2 hours before the start of the booking. Cancellation within the 2 hours the full amount is due. Reserved remains the refund of the deposit in cases of force majeure.
- The vehicles are always offered and provided together with a chauffeur. The chauffeur, VAT and petrol are always included in the price.
- The vehicles are sufficiently insured, equipped with a tachograph and comply with the legal requirements.
- The vehicles have strap-on devices for all customers. By law, customers are required to remain strapped while driving. In case of violation, we reject any liability. Child seats are to be reported! Without the special seats we do not take children = abort, no refund.
- In case of force majeure or defects on the vehicle, the vehicles can not be used. In such cases or even an accident, we can not be held liable for damages. If the order can not be started due to defects in the limousines, all payments will be refunded to the customer.
- Motorway (except Switzerland), Tunnel & Ferry fees are not included in the rental price.
- All rides will be charged according to the time spent and the distance traveled from the respective location of the limousine. (eg Zurich - Wohlen AG - Bern - Basel - Geneva, etc.)
- All our vehicles are non-smoking vehicles.
- The end of the order is temporarily recorded. Extensions are possible by arrangement.
- Expenses, overnight stays, tips are included in the price.
- From 4.0 hours drive, the chauffeur needs a break of min. 15min. We are subordinated to the AGV-2. All vehicles have a tachograph.
- The customer is liable for the pollution of the vehicle (extraordinary cleaning costs) and the damage caused by it to the vehicle (repair and replacement costs as well as lost profit).
The place of fulfillment is Wohlen AG and the place of jurisdiction is Bremgarten AG
